I liked that you offered some suggestions and ideas because I was lacking in those. You worked with me to do it. There wasn’t any pressure to make a decision today or anything like that. That gave me space to go forward with the project when I needed to. Everything was smooth. And the personal connection was really nice. Oftentimes, there’s a disconnect with the person you’re buying from when you go to the store, there isn’t a personal connection with the staff.
